At Appliance Architects, we coordinate deliveries through our reliable third-party partners. After completing your purchase, the delivery service will contact you to schedule a convenient time. While same-day or next-day delivery may be available for an additional fee, please allow at least 5 business days for standard delivery scheduling.

For any questions, changes, or cancellations, please reach out to either Appliance Architects or the delivery service at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to avoid any fees. Ensure the delivery area is free of hazards, as unsafe conditions may prevent delivery completion. Additional services such as installation, door removal, and appliance removal are available for an extra charge.

RETURNS

At Appliance Architects, customer satisfaction is our priority. All sales are final upon delivery. However, if an appliance is delivered not as described, we will review the situation and provide appropriate solutions.
